We Have The Largest Network Of Bail Agents
Across California and Texas!

Getting a call that someone you love is in jail is one of the most stressful moments a family can face. You need someone who picks up the phone, tells you the truth about cost and timing, and moves quickly — not a call center reading from a script. That’s what The Bail Network does across California and Texas.

01

24/7 Live Agents, Not Voicemail

Arrests happen at 2 AM as often as 2 PM. Network agents answer around the clock, every day of the year, including holidays. You always talk to a real person.

02

California & Texas Coverage

One network, two of the busiest bail markets in the country. We connect you with a licensed agent close to the jail holding your loved one.

03

Honest, Upfront Pricing

The standard premium is 10% of the bond. You hear the real number, the real timeline, and the real requirements before anything is signed.

04

Plans From As Low As 1% Down

05

Mobile Agents & Remote Signing

Can't come to an office? Nothing requires it. Paperwork can be handled by phone, text, and email, or an agent can meet you at the jail.

06

How Bail Bonds
Actually Work

The bail process moves fast once it starts, but it helps to know what’s coming. Here’s what happens after an arrest, step by step.

01
1

Step 1: Arrest & Booking

After an arrest, the defendant is taken to the county jail for booking — fingerprints, photo, and personal details entered into the system. Bail is then set by the county bail schedule or by a judge.

02
2

Step 2: Call The Bail Network

This is the step that saves the most time. Call with the defendant's full name, date of birth, and the county or jail. If details are missing, call anyway — we can often locate the record ourselves.

03
3

Step 3: We Explain Costs Upfront

Before anything is signed, your agent walks you through the premium, whether a payment plan applies, how little can be put down, and whether collateral is needed for this bond.

04
4

Step 4: The Bond Is Posted

Once paperwork and payment arrangements are complete, a licensed agent posts the bond directly at the jail holding the defendant.

05
5

Step 5: Release

Jail staff process the release once the bond is posted — timing varies by facility, but release often happens within a few hours. The defendant must then attend every court date.

How the math works

Multiply the total bail amount by 0.10. That is the premium for the bond. On a $50,000 bail, the premium is $5,000 — and a payment plan can start it with as low as 1% down.

Refund Policy

The Premium Is Non-Refundable.

Like an insurance premium, the 10% fee is the cost of the bond service and is non-refundable regardless of the case outcome.

Payment Plans

As Low As 1% Down.

Most families don’t have the full premium available in one lump sum. With approved credit, our agents can start a bond with as low as 1% down and a monthly plan.

Collateral

Collateral May Not Be Required.

Collateral may be requested on larger bonds, but many bonds — especially lower and mid-range amounts — don’t require it at all.

Premium payments are non-refundable and represent the service fee for the execution of the bond.
